We're almost back. I've done a search on my b3ta board name on glasscocx so I have all the old Chris pics back that I lost when my HD died except for a one or two that I hadn't posted (the blog pics were well behind what I'd posted on b3ta). All I've got to do now is re-make the templates and we're good to go.

I'm not going to start posting until this coming Monday though. I want to get a good backlog of pics back again so that when I do start posting I won't miss any days out. I thought I'd post one pic today though since I'm making an entry on the blog. Hope you like it and I'll see you all on Monday.

Remember Me?

The last couple of months there's been a lot going on in my real life that has kept me away from posting here and on my other blogs. Also, during that time I had a major computer meltdown in which I lost all the Chris pictures and templates on my HD. I do have a few left hosted online that have yet to appear on the blog though as well as my original drawings, so all is not lost.

I'm going away tomorrow for a long weekend to visit my parents. I will be back next Tuesday and so will Chris at some point next week after I've gotten all my shit back together.

And We're Off....

After messing around with this blog for most of last week we're finally ready to open our doors. I'll try and put up at least one new Chris cartoon on here every day. Please use the comments if you have any feedback for me or questions that our exhaustive and informative FAQ's didn't cover. Yes my spelling sucks, yes so does my grammar, yes I know there was a rabbit called Chris on the British Kids TV show 'Henry's Cat' (although I had forgotten about that when I started the cartoons and when someone reminded me it was too late to change it) and yes the cartoons should be .gif's (the later ones I've posted on b3ta are and the blog will catch up eventually).

Who am I? Well I'm known on b3ta as "previously on the west wing", in various other places as "vorbis" and to my loving family as "Rob". After a couple of years of lurking I finally opened up MS Paint and started entering the b3ta challenge and slapping together the odd mash. If you're interested, you can find some links to them on my b3ta profile here. Prepare to be disappointed.

What followed was several months of me putting the head of David Hasselhoff on the body of Britney Spears and other such classics until I decided to try and draw something myself. I came up with Chris the rabbit. The feedback I got was positive enough for me keep rolling them out and if I set a blog up to show them off people might like them.

So if you're looking for some well-drawn, funny and original internet cartoonage, then please let me apologise in advance.
